H111C NANO Q4 CAM - LEARN TO FLY (HELP!)

My mini drone does not fly. 
We tried it, it flew very fast and then there was no way to go back to the flight.
I do not know if it is a problem of calibration, drone setting or system or motor failures. someone could tell me what I could become and what are the steps to use it for the first time.
