If the red-blue light is solid it usually means the camera is bad especially if you are not getting FPV.
Have you tried check the the gimbal movements without damaging the gears to see if the gimbal is rotating correctly?

No we have not and can only recommend Hubsan Products. However, it would be great to know if any Hubsan Hobbyist has been successful in the pairing of those two items.

Hello, Yes I confirm H109S currently does not have those features. Possibly in the near feature.
If we ever do then this information would be released.

Hello, Yes that is true. I can only recommend Hubsan Products. You can use with Hubsan FPV Transmitter. I would Highly recommend the H906A for this Model.
