May I know when did you buy the H216A?Please kindly note that the motor belongs to easily damaged accessories.which is not covered by the warranty.
But we can provide the motor's replacement tutorial video for your reference.

please try to do the transmitter calibration quoted on the user manual. besides,waiting for the drone pick up 6 satellites or more.Check if the RTH closed.If still fail to work,would you mind to share your operation video for us?Let's help you.

Have you install the propeller properly?and would you mind to show the issue in short recorded video for us ?

Kindly using Hubsan original transmitter.Any modification will not covered by the warranty.

please try to remove the propellers and start the motor .Observing the motor's status to check if it will stop turning.
