Re: H107D+ Barometer Issue
Hey! Sorry for the late response- one of our reps on Facebook responded to your wall post. She could not find the video you mentioned, though. Could you link us? We'll need to see the response on the aircraft as well as the transmitter screen.

Re: H109S Calibration
Hello. We have three main kinds of calibrations besides the compass calibration. Tutorials for them are listed below. If you have attempted the Horizontal calibration and find that you can't seem to get it to "work", please post a short video of what you are doing to get into calibration; show us th...

Re: H501A 2.4G HT011A no timestamp on foto or video
There is no known solution as of this moment. I will put this as a suggestion for R&D.
You may, however, change the name of each file to reflect when each was taken.

Re: H501A Video Skipping
Make sure the Volume Label area is blank. If it's filled in, there will be skipping. I suspect that's what's going on with your aircraft.

Re: Hi, (Hubsan H216A No Headless Mode & Video Footage frames/Lose)
Hello. On headless mode- you should see a compass-like symbol on the upper right hand side of the flight interface. Beside it, you should see the T, R, E, A telemetry symbols. When you have 6 or more satellites on the aircraft, you may tap that symbol to enter Headless Mode. Video skipping: Formatti...

Please take a short video of the aircraft's belly while the aircraft is powered on, without an SD card inside. Can the aircraft take photos and videos with the proper card and proper formatting? Guide on formatting below. Back to Basics #16: Micro-SD specifications and formatting for the H502, H507,...

Re: H109S Fly without G.P.S. Y/N ?
N/A means that either the GPS module has come unplugged, or the GPS module is not operating properly. Did you remember to plug the GPS module back to its port on the motherboard and if you did, verify that you plugged it in the right way (not backwards)?

Re: hubsan fpv1 transmitter black screen
You're using the wrong procedure to enter the Main Menu. Please power both aircraft and transmitter on; enter the main menu after calibrating the compass as indicated below. See if 1) the FPV comes back when you enter the Main Menu and 2) if you can find any frequencies under the "5.8G Frequency" se...
