Anyone has problem of randomly can not shutdown video recording on H501SS. I have lost many footage from having to pull the plug.
Can anyone help with an idea of how to rescue corrupted file from hubsan?

Me too I placed my order on Nov 2. Write them 2 emails of what's going on but it was silence. No reply whatsoever. The only thing that I afraid is I paid to the Freud website that is not Hubsan. But when I saw you guys i feel relief. At least it's Hubsan's communication problem not a Freud website. ...

I am so happy to see this delivery notice. I tried to contact Hubsan by sending several emails but no answer. I was so afraid that I pay money to the fake Hubsan website.
