Please note that i won HUBSAN X4 AIR PRO drone. Recently while i was flying it got crashed. Post crash aircraft is not creating any hotspot

Hi,
Please note that i won HUBSAN X4 AIR PRO drone. Recently while i was flying it got crashed. Post crash aircraft is not creating any hotspot which inturn iam enable to connect to drone. kindly advise what i need to do inorder to make it work.
