Re: Need help with 501s
If i read this it seems to be an antenna issue. 2,4 GHz is quite sensitive if there is something wrong with the receiver or transmitter antenna. The coaxcable must be stripped at the end for 31mm (that is the due to the wavelenght). If the cable is damaged or nodded it most of the time doesnt work a...

Re: No bluetooth from HT009
Ailsa, i emailed you. I already bought a used HT009 here in the Netherlands. Because i dont trust the quality of Hubsan anymore. And that you cannot ship the battery from China is bullshit. If i receive a big order of batteries from China (10 packs of 10S) than you can ship 1 small battery of only 7...

Re: No bluetooth from HT009
Problem still not solved. I understood from an email i would get a battery but Ailsa said that she is going to send a new HT009. But yesterday i bought a used one from someone here and that works. Ailsa also said she cannot ship a battery from China. That is bullshit, i ordered 10 packs, 10S pack 18...

Re: FPV Hubsan HT009
Where is the HT011A under 50 USD? I haven't seen it cheaper than 58 USD and than you also need to buy the battery (7 USD). You can extend the wifi range with an repeater. I tried it and it works. I bought on Aliexpress a Xiaomi Mi repeater 2 for about 8 Dollar, you plug it in a powerbank and than it...

Re: Battery Protection Circuit on 2700mAh 7.4v Hubsan Batteries. Please Explain
Yeah, with overcurrent they mean the current that is going into the cells during charging, not what is going out to the motors. So you cannot charge it with probably more than 500 mA. It is also not advisable to do more on the balancer connection. If you want to charge by the "normal way" like all m...

Re: charger recommendations
If you buy another charger than you need a charge cable also. The Hubsan chargers charge via the balance connection, a normal charger uses the powercables and uses the balance cables to monitor the cells. So, if you have a 2700 mAh batterypack you also need to buy EC3 connectors (the blue plug). And...

Re: Battery Protection Circuit on 2700mAh 7.4v Hubsan Batteries. Please Explain
As i told,
It is a protection when you are charging, not discharging.
So, a battery management system.
Overvoltage, overcurrent and overcharge protection.
Here is the datasheet of the chip.

Re: Battery Protection Circuit on 2700mAh 7.4v Hubsan Batteries. Please Explain
I am not so shure that Hubsan always know what they are talking about. I worked 10 years as developer in UPS systems and for that i also worked with all kind of batteries. And for the hobby i flew modelplanes with lipo batteries, that is from the start of lipo's in 2007-2008. I know some batteries h...

Re: Battery Protection Circuit on 2700mAh 7.4v Hubsan Batteries. Please Explain
So than i have an old battery? I received the H507M 2 weeks ago. I looked at some pictures in RCgroups. It is not a protection circuit, it is for charging. Some chargers are not real lipo chargers, they just deliver a voltage (about 5 Volt and a current. The circuit balances the cells and protect th...
