Re: Hubsan warranty repair

Just curious, Did you ever resolve anything with Hubsan? I've heard of numerous people that Hubsan did not respond while under warranty. (And quite a few that Hubsan did not contact even after the warranty period). Poor customer service. Just wondering if you ever resolved anything, .... and if not,...

Re: Null support

In the beginning I was very impressed by Hubsan, but I came to realize that if something breaks, if I have technical issues or major problems, that I'm on my own. Hubsan customer support is NON EXISTENT for the the most part. Quite a number of people feel they have wasted their money. Hubsan needs t...

Re: 2 questions for Zino mini

From what I can see, Hubsan is improving day after day. But anyway, the quality at the moment is really under expectations. I don't believe this statement is true at all. Quite the opposite actually. Hubsan provides absolutely no support after the sale. They won't even return your emails, forum pos...

Re: Zino pro plus

It's a shame - They don't seem to care about their customers. There is ZERO customer support. In the beginning, there was a Hubsan rep that would frequent this very forum, but I don't believe anyone from Hubsan cares about the customer any longer or checks the forum. Pretty soon, nobody will buy the...

Re: Zino pro plus

I'm sure you wont' get a reply at all from Hubsan. I wish I would have seen these issues before buying my Zino Pro Plus. You are correct, it is deception. I've made 10 flights total. Lots of issues after forced update. Hubsan Customer Support better improve or nobody is going to buy these drones. (B...

Re: Zino pro Update

Did you recalibrate your compass?? If your drone is slowly rising, falling (and sometimes jerky movement forwards, backwards and side to side), I'd recalibrate the compass first. Especially after a firmware update. I have to be honest., My ZIno Pro Plus has been working fine and everytime I get the ...

Re: Pro+ 0x2000 gimbal error

I've flown my Pro Plus about 12-15 times. I did get a gimbal error 4-5 times but powering off and on seemed to take care of it but it seems odd that it happens pretty frequently like that. The weather has not been that good (windy some days and other days still 30 degrees (Here in the Eastern U.S - ...

Re: What does forced stop with outer eight bar mean?

You can always try it with the drone idling safely on the ground. (Then imagine it dropping from the sky ! ) That's a lot more fun than actually trying it in mid flight...

Re: Zino Pro Unfocused camera

Did you remove the thin plastic film covering the lens? I'm guessing you did but I thought I'd mention it. (Others have forgotten to remove the film). Other than that, it sounds like you may have a problem with the camera / gimble

Re: What does forced stop with outer eight bar mean?

I'm not sure what the "outer 8 bar" means either. But I can tell you that you CAN shut the motors down by pulling both joysticks in the down positions (just like you do when you start the drone). - Left Joystick in appx the 7 o'clock position and the Right Joystick in the appx 5 o'clock position wil...
