H501s no video or photo capture.
I just got an H501S and it will not store video or photos to the 64g micro ad card. When I press the photo button, "photo" appears on the viewing screen, same with the video button, 'record" shows on the view screen but nothing saves to the card. When checked on the computer, folder is empty. I trie...

Will not take video or photos.
My H501S will not take photo's or video, the controller says "Photo" and Record when I press the buttons but when I remove the card and try to see them on the computer, there are no files on the card. Not sure what's going on. I'm a newby looking for advice.
