To Tengal "I never wait for the lights to go solid on zino or transmitter, I had trouble connecting before too. Since I tried my way connected every time. Turn zino and transmitter on ,open app and immediately plug in cable( usually is already plugged in transmitter)to phone. Haven't had the problem...

Lets hope it is just the cable. That would at least be a solution.

I'll give it a go. I have been talking with Ailsa about this issue and the thinking right now is a faulty cable so they're looking into it.
