Has anyone in this Forum purchased an HT501A and its HT011A transmitter pairing it with an Iphone XR? And have he/she been successful in launching the drone? I switched to my iPhone 6 Plus today and Voila! It worked.
Conclusion: iPhone XR doesn’t work with the Hubsan app or vice versa. To be sure I replicated both iPhones and the XR never got to set up the relay to the drone.

As you can see both HT501A and HT011A are connected to my WiFi. But not to the transmitter HT011A. See previous post pics. I really think the app is not compatible with iPhone XR. Am I wrong? Is the transmitter defective?

Here’s what I see on the app.

I followed instructions to connect iPhone XR to HT501A and will not connect.
Two things:
1. iPhone XR not compatible with Hubsan app’s latest version to HT501A drone.
2. Hubsan need to test if their latest app works with IPhone XR.

Camera should turn on as soon as transmitter connects to drone. It doesn’t in my case. Although iPhone indicates wifi connection to both drone and HT011A. BTW there is no microSD installed inside drone yet. Does this matter? Is the iPhone XR not compatible with latest app version? Need advice badly!...

The latest app version hasn’t worked on my iPhone XR.
I keep getting a “Not Connected “. But I can still fly and control the drone but do not have a live feed video. Very FRUSTRATING!! Thinking of returning the drone to Hubsan.

HT011A cannot connect to Wi-Fi to my Iphone XR. No video appears on the smartphone. But I can still fly the drone using transmitter but no video or cannot take pictures.
