usb debugging was turned off.
now I turned it on, but nothing changes

Hi,
I have a big problem with hubsan app and my samsung s9 plus.
the app immediately crash with "the abnormal! submit suggestions to the user feedback center" error
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but nothing changes.
I have no problem using iphone 6.
what can I do?
