Can you post how your experience is with the refund?

Im curious to know if Hubsan stand by their product...

I bought from a retailer within UK, not Hubsan directly so I have some rights when it comes to a refund but I would like to know how you get on.

Hi woo65, Your story of success motivated me to give the whole thing another few attempts... I had previously used the Hubsan cable but this was a last ditch effort before returning for a replacement Zino. So what I did (I could have just been lucky..) was to force disconnect power during the firmwa...

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Changed usb port. Used original zino usb cable to reflash...and...NOW IT WORKS! Hope problems have gone... Thank you for the update! I take it you mean the cord and not the port.. I will try that and if it does not work, continue to wait on response from support.

Btw, another case here in Italy, from an Hubsan vendor. He's trying to find a solution. For now... DON'T UPGRADE! I understand why you would advise that but I disagree. I have performed all firmware, gimbal, and camera updates perfectly and recommend them to all. I suspect there are a few buggy boa...

Thanks for the post @francisyongsw... For myself, I removed the SD card as instructed in the update video following all the steps (as removing SD step is at the end of the video, in text not spoken) but it was the update which seems to have made the Zino cease broadcasting WiFi... Myself , Djose24 a...

As mentioned, I tried different SD cards. I have restarted the PC...

Since then I have tried the newer firmware 44 with no success.

What should be my next steps to troubleshoot?
