Re: Zino gone forever!
Just for reference, what's the procedure to abort RTH? Does manual input on either stick do the trick?

Re: CAMERA CONTINUE PROBLEM (GHOST TRAIL) ALSO WITH UPDATE
I have noticed the same issue. Most likely due to aggressive noise reduction (averaging).

Re: Hubsan Zino Firmware V0.3.3 - Image Quality Test
Here's one more...it was a cold day today (-20'C) but very nice light during sunset
Also did a panoramic video:
I hope the light falloff and general IQ of stills is restored with the next FW update. Also did a panoramic video:

Re: Hubsan Zino Camera Firmware v0.3.3 Analysis Compared to v0.2.1
One more thing, the video files don't seem to suffer from vignetting, this is a frame grab from a 4k video clip, showing the same area:
There's no noticeable vignetting here, snow looks as white and bright evenly across the frame.

Re: Hubsan Zino Camera Firmware v0.3.3 Analysis Compared to v0.2.1
I took some test shots today, unfortunately it wasn't too bright out there (Finnish winter..) Some observations: * File size is indeed much bigger, almost triple, which is good..not bad compression artefacts anymore either * There's still no EXIF data in the images, would be nice to see the GPS coor...

Re: Hubsan Zino Camera Firmware v0.3.3 Analysis Compared to v0.2.1
Thanks for the detailed analysis! Could you also share some still photos? Any insight into how the camera takes stills, are these merely frame grabs from the video stream? Would be nice to have some EXIF data for the images also, does the new FW improve this? I need to test something myself also tod...

Re: How to increase the range of Zino?
Just a question, what would you need such ranges for? In most countries, flying BVLOS is not allowed and even already at 300m the Zino is a tiny dot against the sky, loss of video connection would mean that there's no way for the pilot to pilot the drone anymore, RTH would be the only option.

Re: Discovered an SD Card Bug
Yep the Zino seems to check that the card is OK during startup, otherwise the startup process isn't finishing and you can't get a connection to the remote. Discovered this when I was trying to figure out how a 64GB card should be formatted so that the Zino would recognise it.

Please see attached file, such streaks are easily visible when panning for instance. This is from a tree branch. When ascending from behind some trees, the whole forest leaves a noticeable blur against the sky.

Re: Disappointed Zino Picture Quality-Zino latest IT firmware will solved this issue
I don't think the Zino camera even has any focusing capabilities, it's just set to infinity focus as most action cameras are. Also it would look as if the "still" mode of the camera merely captures a video frame, the resolution is exactly the same and there's no EXIF data in the file at all. Thus, f...
