Bought a Pro Plus at an Estate Sale Brand New in the Box. The Package Came with 3 Batteries. Charged all 3 per the directions and nothing. Bought a Brand New Battery from Amazon. It was Expensive but worth it. Wish I could find out why these came with BAD Batteries. Hope this helps.. FYIOGXG Cameron...
