I was able to update the firmware on my Zino using the tutorial video. It took a few tries and move gimbal file manually to the gimble tool folder, but it worked. Don't squeeze the camera gimbal cover too hard when you remove the cover.
I've noticed it kinda squeeze the camera gimbal to.
The cover is thin plastic and can drag on the camera when you pull it down and off.

dogstar7 Your correct about the firmware. Hubsan is selling a ton of Zinos. The demand is high and supply is low.
